Master bedroom for rent in a nice home on North Cumberland St. It is a four bedroom home but I am the only occupant. I want to rent the room basically to help pay the bills. Gets expensive living in a big house. You would get the master bedroom which is quite large with a small walk-in closet.
The monthly rent is $450. All the utilities(gas, electric, water and garbage pick-up)are included in your monthly rent. If you want cable you would only have to pay the extra $10-$15 a month for a box and you would have cable.
